Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context. ## Description As part of the talented Brunswick Boat Group, you will drive mechanical system design and integration for Brunswick's marine products, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver innovative, manufacturable solutions.
