## About the Role

* 3+ years of applied, hands-on SDET experience
 * Playwright + Typescript (preferred)
 * Core Java Proficiency (Test Automation Framework)
 * Functional testing experience, with specific focus on Application layer and Service layer testing
 * QA certification preferred (e.g., ISTQB or equivalent)
 * Data layer testing experience preferred but not required

Nice to have:

 * Data layer testing experience (Postgres experience preferred)
 * YAML
 * AWS tooling: S3, Parquet files, Glue, and similar services
 * Github
 * Github Copilot
 * Azure Dev Ops Test Plans
 * Azure Dev Ops Pipelines

## Description

This SDET will work as part of a collaborative quality engineering team responsible for building and maintaining automated test coverage across the application, service, and data layers. The team follows a bottom-up testing strategy, meaning strong foundational coverage at the data and service layers is expected to support and inform testing further up the stack.
