## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field

 + Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within finance, transformation, or technology-driven environments

 + Transformative and vision-driven mindset, willing to challenge the status-quo.

 + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail

 + Significant experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps)

 + Experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation

 + Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels and geographies

 + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

 + Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms.

 + Familiarity with finance processes (FP&A, accounting, reporting, or forecast processes)

## Description

+ Execute global finance automation and process improvement projects.

 + Partner with finance, accounting, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains across global processes.

 + Drive adoption/introduction of Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps) to the Nutrition finance organization.

 + Leverage SQL and data querying capabilities to support data validation, reporting, and automation initiatives.

 + Accountable for Training, Adoption, and Support for SAPàDART integration project (need to put in something generic to explain what SAP/DART is, for external folks)

 + Support data infrastructure initiatives, including working with modern platforms such as Databricks to enable scalable and efficient data processing.

 + Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the finance organization.
