We are seeking skilled Customer Service Representatives (Viewer Experience Advocates) to join a high-performing team supporting a major global streaming platform. In this role, you will handle viewer inquiries via phone and chat, providing exceptional customer support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a seamless streaming experience., * Assist viewers via phone and chat with:

 + Account and billing questions
 + Basic troubleshooting and streaming issues
 + Content inquiries
 + Navigation of apps and websites
 * Recommend appropriate streaming products during each interaction
 * Navigate multiple systems and tools
 * Document all viewer interactions accurately
 * Maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment (50-70 contacts per day)
 * Adapt to changing priorities and product updates
