As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll analyze the software running on production networks, identify improvements and propose cost-cutting solutions. Collaborating throughout the organization, you'll support multiple products and deliver on the design of customer solutions. You'll ensure our customers manage their security traffic in a more reliable and scalable way.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

 * Investigating customer escalations and providing mitigation.
 * Working on tooling to automate production debugging.
 * Setting up continuous production profiling, identifying areas of cost reduction, and proposing new designs.
 * Creating and enhancing features and functionality, from conception and design through to testing and deployment.
 * Validating the result of cost reduction and providing benchmark results.
 * Conducting code reviews and helping other engineers to optimize their code.
 * Working with development and system QA teams to create regression tests that cover changes to our software.
