You will lead efforts to identify and attract qualified, high performing candidates within the financial services industry to join Principal Financial Network as a Financial Professional. This role will identify and vet the very best candidates with the shortest learning curves and time to revenue possible. * Assist in development of recruiting strategy, then plan and execute on recruiting goals. * Source and develop prospective financial representatives. Proactively target top performing, passive candidates within our industry. * Direct the sourcing of candidates through referrals, networking, social media, and through knowledge of effective search methods. Network with current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals to build a pipeline. * Develop leads and build relationships with prospective financial representatives, maintaining continued, on-going contact with prospective representatives. * Provide consultation and education to prospective financial representatives on platform options and partnering with field leadership and the advisor recruitment team to evaluate platform options. * Perform other job related duties and special projects as required.
