This position must work with an emphasis and prioritization to maintain a professional attitude when interacting with all Company and customer representatives. This includes creating case studies, performing forensic analysis, and real-time troubleshooting. In addition, this individual will be expected to support sales in a technical manner in both an internal and a customer facing role. Travel will be part of the job. This position will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, partnering with cross functional teams and support groups and executing on Company strategies and objectives to deliver operational excellence and a safe work environment. The successful candidate will set high standards of performance for themselves and others; be professional in written, verbal and personal actions in any situation; seek new knowledge and experiences; have an analytical mindset that can utilize factual data to develop creative and business-oriented solutions; be self- aware and adjust accordingly to different environments and audiences This role performs under the direction of the Vice President of Operations.
