As a CRM Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our customer relationship management (CRM) strategy. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention, and to ensure that our CRM system is effectively utilized to support our business goals., Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives

 - Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer segmentation and develop targeted marketing campaigns
 - Design and implement CRM processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of the CRM system
 - Train and support team members on how to use the CRM system to maximize its potential
 - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement and retention
 - Continuously evaluate and improve the CRM strategy to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
