Familiarity with continuous integration and automated testing practices. Experience leading small technical teams, including task planning, effort estimation, and progress tracking. Strong initiative and ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges. Experience with multithreaded applications, memory optimization, and software performance tuning.
