Preferred Qualification * Higher education professional experience. * Knowledge of Office 365 and other Microsoft productivity products. * The applicant should demonstrate a knowledge of and interest in diverse cultures and populations. * Experience with ""administrator"" level support of computer technology * Experience in computer hardware part repair/replacement: Keyboards - LCD screens - hard drive and RAM * Experience with the administration of MinnState ""StarID"" processes * Experience with the administration of ""MFA"" (multi-factor authentication) tools, such as Microsoft Authenticator ## Description The Technology Training Specialist at Dakota County Technical College is responsible for independently assessing, defining, planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing technology hardware and software training activities and materials for faculty, staff, and students in various media and venues. This includes computer training in software applications, MinnState applications, and other technologies that college employees use. This position is responsible for assessing user needs, researching, recommending software and other technologies, and implementing training for computer software applications and other technologies.
