## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
 * Minimum 5 years management experience
 * Experience in MDM, supply chain systems, ERP, data governance, or related fields
 * Strong understanding of master data structures, taxonomies, and cross-functional system impact
 * Demonstrated experience with a large-scale ERP implementation
 * Prior experience with data governance, process mapping, UAT and developing training materials
 * Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with key stakeholders, Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

## Description

Sodexo has a new opening for a Senior Manager, Master Data Management, ERP to join our team. The successful candidate will execute and support Sodexo's master data transformation-with primary focus on the ERP (SAP S/4HANA) implementation program., * Ensures day-to-day execution of master data processes, alignment of MDM requirements across workstreams, and readiness of master data for deployment

 * Coordinates cross-functional activities, and ensures that master data dependencies, quality, and governance are consistently addressed throughout the ERP program and broader transformation initiatives.
 * Execution for delivery on the design, planning and implementation of supplier enablement and P2P projects.
 * Maintain master data principles and practices, cross functionally and collaborating across NorAm and global teams.
 * Drives preparation, validation, and governance of master data objects required for design, build, testing, and cutover.
 * Prepare documentation such as data governance guidelines, process maps, training materials, and change readiness tools.
