## Description

As a **Field Service Supervisor** here at Honeywell, you will lead and coordinate a team of field service technicians to ensure timely and effective delivery service to our customers. You will play a key role in managing daily operations, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our **Field Service Leader,** out of our **Des Plaines, IL** location working primarily in **Milwaukee, WI** on a **Hybrid** work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of field service operations, directly contributing to customer loyalty and operational excellence., + Supervise and coordinate the activities of field service technicians to meet service level agreements and customer expectations.

 + Manage scheduling and dispatching of field service personnel to optimize coverage and response times.

 + Monitor field service performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.

 + Provide technical guidance and support to the field service team to resolve complex issues.

 + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous process improvement.

 + Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
