## About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated Oracle HCM/HRMS Application Developer to join their dynamic team. As an Oracle HCM/HRMS Application Developer, you will be an integral part of the HR technology support team, collaborating with cross-functional departments to enhance HR systems and processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization., * Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of Oracle HRMS modules and HR business processes.

 * Expertise in developing and customizing HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
 * Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HRMS APIs, with familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS or Oracle Cloud HCM preferred.
 * Experience in configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and running Oracle HCM Payroll for Mexico, including knowledge of Mexico-specific regulatory requirements.
 * Preferred: Oracle Payroll Certification, demonstrating commitment to professional growth and expertise.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HRMS applications, including modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, SelfService, and Talent Management.
 * Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
 * Develop and customize HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions to meet organizational needs.
 * Configure and maintain HRMS system setups, including organization structures, positions, and security profiles.
 * Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code to support HRMS data queries and reporting needs, ensuring system efficiency and accuracy.
