## Description

A professional residential real estate company in Greenville, SC is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting a dynamic group of high-achieving professionals while creating engaging digital content. If you enjoy storytelling, content creation, and working with a social, energetic team, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.
Direct Hire | Part-Time | 100% Onsite
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour
Responsibilities:

 * Create engaging social media content including graphics, short-form video, and written posts
 * Collaborate with internal team members to develop and execute content strategies
 * Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms using scheduling tools
 * Edit video content using tools such as CapCut or similar software
 * Design marketing assets using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
 * Support occasional print and digital advertising initiatives
 * Assist with special projects, including light website updates or design work
 * Partner with team members to translate ideas into compelling visual and digital content
 * Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
