## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
 * Requires a minimum of 10 years of technology experience, including 6+ years in leadership roles managing enterprise technology initiatives.
 * Proven experience leading large-scale technology programs and transformational initiatives.
 * Strong understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud technologies, and operational processes.
 * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
 * Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and balancing competing priorities.

## Description

The Technology team is responsible for the delivery, operation, and governance of secure, compliant, and scalable platforms that support critical healthcare services and enable the successful separation and long-term independence of the Ascendiun family of companies. The Director, Technology Transformation will report to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role you will for lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale programs that create sustainable, systematic improvements across technology and business operations., Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
