## About the Role

* 1+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, clinical, or provider recruiting
 * Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort with high-volume pipelines
 * Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly with licensed clinicians
 * Organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
 * Data-aware: able to monitor funnel performance and adjust strategy based on results
 * Comfortable working remotely and collaborating cross-functionally with a distributed team
 * Familiarity with ATS systems and structured recruiting workflows (Lever experience is a plus)
 * Mission-driven and motivated by helping expand access to mental health care

Education and Experience:

 * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
 * Experience with multi-state operations
 * Experience building and enforcing company HR policies required.
 * At least one year of human resources experience at manager level or higher is preferred.

## Description

* Own full-cycle recruiting for licensed clinicians (Therapists, LCSWs, LMHCs, Psychologists, PMHNPs, and other psychiatric providers as needed)
 * Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other tools, with a strong focus on outbound pipeline building
 * Conduct candidate screens focused on clinical fit, licensure, availability, and alignment with Mood's care model
 * Partner closely with clinical and recruiting leadership to align on hiring needs, profiles, and interview feedback
 * Manage and move candidates through the process quickly while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience
 * Track pipeline health and recruiting performance metrics (volume, conversion rates, time-to-fill, offer acceptance)
 * Support process improvement initiatives related to outreach, screening, interview structure, and ATS workflow
 * Ensure hiring practices align with licensure, compliance, and quality standards across states
