## About the Role

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related experience. A bachelors degree with 0+ years of experience will also be considered.
 * Able to work on multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
 * Detail oriented when reading and correcting documents
 * Prior data entry experience
 * The Controller may support audits of the ERP data and processes
 * Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Proficiency is Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
 * Bachelors degree preferred, BS in STEM field highly preferred

## Description

* Reviews engineering documentation, reports, specifications, and drawings to determine documentation and material requirements, ensure compliance with engineering specifications, and to ensure engineering orders reflect latest requirements.
 * Analyzes proposed changes in product design to determine effect on documents such as drawings, test specifications, manuals, and ensures all documents have required approvals.
 * Compiles release packages ensuring all documentation is present.
 * Notifies appropriate departments of any new or updated data.
 * Maintains audit trails.
 * Researches and resolves inconsistencies with design, production, material, or program office
 * Ability to format in MS word and MS excel
 * Deliver documents to specific work areas multiple times a week.
 * Other Duties as assigned
