## About the Role

* Experience with military or space mission programs.

 * Experience Using DOORS and/or DOORS NG

 * Experience with SysML

 * Exposure to MBSE tools such as Cameo and Rhapsody

 * Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance. US Citizenship is required
Desired Skills:

 * Prior Experience working with RAPT-2 or other IGNITE programs is highly desirable
 * Concept of Operations (ConOps)

 * Design Reference Mission (DRM)

 * Mission Success Tree (MST)

 * Requirements Engineering

 * Verification Cross-Reference Matrix (VCXM)

 * Requirements Verification and Validation

 * Strong experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools (Cameo, Enterprise Architect).

 * INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)

 * Systems Thinking - Ability to view the system holistically and understand interdependencies across hardware, software, and operations.

 * Detail-Oriented - Meticulous at maintaining end-to-end requirement traceability from stakeholder need through verification evidence.

 * Problem Solving -Proactive in identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and driving decisions forward.

 * Collaboration - Works effectively in multidisciplinary teams and fosters a culture of shared ownership.

 * Adaptability -Comfortable operating in a dynamic R&D environment where requirements may evolve rapidly.

 * Active secret clearance, Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
