Preferred Experience: * Two (2) years of experience in the telecommunications industry. * Experience coordinating with vendors on IT data center facilities systems (security, fire suppression, HVAC, UPS, and power distribution); hands-on facilities maintenance is not required for this role. Key Competencies: * Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects. * Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a systematic approach to resolving problems and leading others through problem resolution. * Strong work ethic in supporting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently. * Ability to communicate complex technical information concisely and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent leadership, organization, and time management skills. ## Description The Manager, IT Infrastructure oversees the daily operations, tasks, and projects of the IT Infrastructure team, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the organization's infrastructure platforms. Reporting to the Director, Infrastructure & Network, this role manages a single team of infrastructure engineers, administrators, analysts, and project managers and is accountable for the consistent availability and performance of the platforms that enable business functions.
