You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow Center of Excellence and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, UI/UX teams, developers, and project leaders to deliver innovative digital solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will: * Lead technical discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews for ServiceNow portal and digital experience solutions. * Translate business requirements, user stories, and design concepts into scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions. * Define platform architecture, integration strategies, governance standards, and implementation best practices. * Provide hands-on technical leadership in ServiceNow development, scripting, APIs, web services, and application development. * Own technical decision-making, risk assessment, and solution architecture throughout the project lifecycle. * Conduct peer reviews and mentor developers to ensure technical excellence and consistency across engagements. * Support presales activities, solution estimation, and technical proposals. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready ServiceNow solutions.
