* 3+ years of experience in large-scale software development
 * 1+ years of experience developing applications, web services, and cloud-native solutions using technologies such as Java, SQL, Node.js, React, Angular, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA , and related tech stacks
 * 1+ years of experience working in Agile development environments
 * 1+ years of experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices
 * 1+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines , using tools such as GitHub, CircleCI, Harness, Jenkins, or GitLab
 * 1+ years of experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
 * 1+ years of experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS, * Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to own and drive complex initiatives
 * Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively
 * Experience collaborating across multiple IT teams, including technical leads, architects, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture teams
 * Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
 * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels , including business partners and senior leadership
 * Experience working within the PBM or healthcare domain

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent specialized training or relevant professional experience

## Description

As a Software Development Engineer at CVS Health , you will be a key contributor in designing and developing new components and enhancing existing capabilities within the myPBM Ecosystem . You will take ownership of complex and high-impact initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams (including IT employees and contractors) to deliver successful outcomes as a Project Owner .

This role requires strong collaboration, communication, and technical leadership to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.
