The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in the Microsoft stack, a sharp problem-solving acumen, and the ability to independently drive project deliverables in high-stakes environments., * 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Web Technology stack (IIS, .NET Framework, Visual Studio). * Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (installation, configuration, performance tuning). * Solid understanding of web service technologies and formats, particularly XML, XSD, and SOAP. * Proven experience managing system deployments and configurations in a secure, scalable environment. * Strong familiarity with data privacy laws and secure system design principles. * Exceptional documentation and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage deliverables without constant oversight., * Experience in the Digital Banking or FinTech sector. * Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell). * Exposure to DevOps methodologies or CI/CD pipelines. * Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSA/MCSE).
