## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Indirect Procurement supporting IT or technology projects
 * Experience with technology and software contract negotiations and RFP management (Salesforce experience a big plus)
 * Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills
 * Proven ability to manage complex sourcing projects and drive continuous improvement

## Description

Do you have extensive experience sourcing, negotiating, and navigating enterprise level software solutions? Manpower is currently hiring a Technology Procurement Specialist for IDEXX in Westbrook, Maine. This role is hybrid , requiring 2 days per week onsite in Westbrook .

This is a highly visible strategic IT sourcing role where you'll make a meaningful financial impact by leading complex sourcing initiatives, negotiations, and supplier strategies-ideal for someone who enjoys driving value, influencing stakeholders, and managing high-impact technology expenditures .

Typical daily duties:

 * Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for IT categories including hardware, software, telecommunications, and IT services
 * Negotiate pricing, terms, and quality requirements for high-value and technically complex contracts
 * Manage supplier relationships, performance, risk, and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Partner with internal IT stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable scopes of work
 * Drive cost-reduction initiatives and support best practices across global IT contracting processes
 * Oversee contract management, supplier reviews, issue resolution, and supply market monitoring
