Experience with dbt or Databricks is a plus. * Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in data analysis, product/business analytics, or data engineering. * Possess proven experience managing analytics or data projects and coordinating cross-functional workstreams, with demonstrated ability to deliver on time and communicate progress to varied audiences. * Have practical experience collaborating in Agile teams and applying Agile best practices (sprint planning, refinement, retrospective). * Be experienced with data quality practices, monitoring, and validation approaches to ensure reliable inputs for analytics and decision-making. * Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
