## Description

This position requires an individual with a strong background in business development, staff augmentation, MSP, and relationship building. The IT Staffing Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new clients and MSP/VMS accounts for various types of placements including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire. Collaboration with recruiting teams to align client requirements with qualified candidates and negotiation of commercial terms will also be key aspects of this role., * Identify, prospect, build relationships, and secure new clients and MSP/VMS accounts for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements.

 * Identify leads, qualify prospective business, create proposals, present to clients, and create new sustainable business partnerships.
 * Partner with recruiting teams to align client requirements with qualified candidates.
 * Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and rate cards while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
 * Stay current on IT hiring trends such as cloud, AI, and software development to consult effectively with clients.
