Education and Experience Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered as qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: An Associate' degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in computer science, information technology, human resources, business, finance, or a related field; AND over three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in: * Technology project management, including development of work plans, work breakdown structure, schedules, and statements of work. * Full lifecycle business and systems analysis, including business requirements gathering, business process documentation, solution evaluation, implementation coordination, system configuration, documentation, and ongoing support. * Enterprise system administration, including configuration, user administration, upgrades, documentation, and change management. Or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. ## Description The IT Systems Analyst position partners with departments and staff to analyze operational needs, evaluate technology solutions, coordinate implementations, and support enterprise systems administration.
