## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in application development with a focus on AWS cloud solutions.
 * Hands-on experience with AWS services including VPC, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, Athena, DynamoDB, Glue, and ECS/Fargate.
 * Proficiency in Python and Java
 * Experience with Docker and container-based deployments
 * Strong SQL skills, including advanced queries; experience with SQL Server, DB2, or PostgreSQL
 * Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively within a technical team.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

 * Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js preferred.

 * Experience developing serverless and event-driven architectures on AWS.
 * Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform).
 * Experience with source control and application build and deployment using tools such as Git, Maven, shell scripting, and cloud-based pipelines.

## Description

* Design, develop, deploy, and support AWS-based applications using Python and Java.
 * Implement solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, Athena, Glue, S3, and CloudFront.
 * Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, CDK, and Terraform.
 * Build reusable, scalable, and cost-efficient components following cloud and serverless best practices.
 * Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and support automated deployments.
 * Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
 * Perform routine troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, and support documentation.
