## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

 * 7-10+ years of experience designing and implementing business process solutions.
 * 7+ years of experience configuring SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
 * Strong knowledge of logistics execution, warehouse operations, inventory management, and SAP best practices.
 * Project management experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
 * Experience with SAP EWM, EDI, SQL, SAP IDOCs, and ABAP is a plus.

## Description

* Partner with business and IT teams to evaluate, improve, and optimize business processes and technology solutions.
 * Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system incidents, requests, and enhancements.
 * Lead and coordinate application changes, testing, deployments, documentation, and user training.
 * Support project delivery throughout the full solution lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
 * Manage small to medium-sized projects while ensuring quality, budget, scope, and timeline objectives are achieved.
 * Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business value.
