U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field * ACTIVE and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret after start. * U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for security clearances. * Experience in Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) * Experience with Systems Engineering requirements, specifications, and Experience implementing DoD and Federal IA Certification and Accreditation Processes, IA controls and developing and maintaining associated certification and accreditation documentation. * Experience with utilizing vulnerability scanning tools to include Tenable Security Center, STIG Viewer, SCAP Compliance Checker/Tools Qualifications We Prefer: * Active and transferable U.S. government issued DoD TOP SECRET security clearance. * DoDI 8570.01-M IAT Level-II Compliant Certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP, or equivalent). * Familiarity with Linux Commands ## Description * Provide Windows and Unix operating system administration. * Work with security architecture. * Support the development of RMF documents and controls validation testing for Authority to Operate (ATO) accreditations. * Maintain the latest version/revision of each Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIGs). This includes downloading the latest STIG template from the DoD Cyber Exchange website and update the current STIG list to the new version. * Coordinate with other Subject Matter Expert (SME) to complete the STIG templates. Such as the Network Switch, Database, OS, etc. * Perform routine and ad-hoc scans using the ACAS application. * Support the development of cybersecurity requirements, design and architecture artifacts, plans, and policies.
