This role will architect AI-powered applications that streamline business processes, optimize service delivery, and integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines deep software architecture expertise with hands-on experience building GenAI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud technologies., * Expert-level knowledge of enterprise application architecture and AI-driven automation solutions. * Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript , including React, Next.js, and Node.js. * Experience with AI frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel . * Experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. * Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus, or Vertex AI Vector Search . * Hands-on experience using AI development tools including Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot . * Strong understanding of Git, debugging, testing, API design, and clean coding practices. * Experience with intelligent automation platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, AI workflows, digital workers, and AI assistants. * Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns. * Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, and governance. Preferred Qualifications * Experience implementing enterprise GenAI and AI Automation solutions. * Experience with IBM Watsonx or comparable hyperscaler AI platforms. * Familiarity with IBM Delivery Central Platform (IDCP) and IBM Consulting Advantage, including Methodx, assets, and AI assistants. * Experience leading architecture decisions for large-scale enterprise initiatives. * Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills., * 8+ years of application architecture, enterprise software engineering, or solution architecture experience. * Demonstrated success delivering AI-powered automation and GenAI solutions in enterprise environments. * Experience designing scalable, cloud-based application architectures. * Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor development teams. Education * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. * Master's degree and relevant AI, cloud, or architecture certifications are a plus.
