## Description

Under minimal supervision, the Data Specialist II is responsible for gathering and inputting all daily data. This role is also responsible for ensuring all operational data is entered and/or keyed correctly and ready for review by the Ops Analyst by the end of each working day., * Communicate daily with driver(s) on designated communication platforms regarding missing time clock entries.

 * Validate all driver and helper information (including check-in/check-out), OPUS confirmations, and KRONOS information
 * Validation of Next Day Optimization (NDO) data
 * Manage cases and confirm/close-out customer tickets daily
 * Assist with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay programs
 * Landfill reconciliation, Area disposal reporting, update accounts in MAS with the appropriate information as needed
 * Shared responsibility with Business Manager to maintain data and site records
 * Mentor Data Specialist I's as needed, Listed below are key points regarding physical demands, physical and occupational risks, and the work environment of the job. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
