If you enjoy working in hands-on multidisciplinary teams, the Sensor Test Solutions Center (TS) in hearing from you!, * Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) * Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in leading mid- to large-sized teams technical projects * Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), and baselining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) of projects * Experience with bidding proposals and long-range planning * Active or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Qualifications we Prefer * Experience working with Program Configuration Management principles and tools such as IMS, PMX tools, or tracking books * Knowledge of business and program improvements through process improvement methodologies * Experience supporting technical issue resolution, and mentoring early career staff members, or managing project teams of various sizes As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote. ## Description The Test Solutions Center seeks a Test Equipment Program Lead to oversee multiple project teams who are responsible for the execution of capital TE scope. Capital Execution Leaders are responsible for all elements of capital TE scope through all lifecycles, budget, metrics and Estimates At Completion (EACs). The selected candidate will support and drive the development of capital execution rigor and long-range planning for engineering and operations capital. You will establish meaningful and measurable goals and communicate effectively with your team to ensure alignment with the department and directorate.
