 + Experience leading AI adoption, Microsoft 365 transformation, or Copilot enablement programs.

 + Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

## Description

As a Consulting Manager - Change Management, AI, you will make an impact by leading enterprise AI adoption and organizational change initiatives focused on Microsoft Copilot and related AI technologies.

In This Role, You Will

 + Lead AI adoption and organizational change initiatives for Microsoft Copilot and related enterprise AI programs.

 + Conduct AI readiness assessments and develop actionable adoption roadmaps.

 + Design and deliver Copilot and AI adoption training curricula.

 + Develop learning assets, enablement materials, and user adoption programs.

 + Define and track AI adoption KPIs, success metrics, and value realization outcomes.

 + Facilitate workshops, decision-making sessions, and stakeholder discussions.

 + Create communication strategies that promote AI awareness and responsible usage.
