(i.e. business, technology, data, application, and infrastructure), * 7+ years of professional experience in IT preferably as an architect. Understanding of general architecture principles * Ability to apply architecture principles to Agile and Waterfall delivery * Proven ability to provide architecture direction on small to large sized project/initiatives * Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills * Strong oral and written communications skills * Banking industry experience, including regulation and risk * Experience working in Agile/Scrum * Experience with SDLC, waterfall and agile delivery; DevOps and testing including * Experience with Cloud solution enablement * Experience working with SOA, microservices, and modern web application frameworks * High level of professionalism and confidence with the ability to build credibility as a trusted advisor with leadership, team members, and business partners * Ability to problem-solve, plan, scope, and provide estimates for work effort, producing quality deliverables on time and on budget * Knowledge of ArchiMate Enterprise Architecture Modeling Language * Understanding of Cloud technologies * Soft skills training or experience, participation in architecture-related courses or workshops, peer mentoring * Experience with TOGAF or equivalent architecture frameworks * Understanding of software development lifecycle Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) ## Description We are seeking a Sr. Principal Enterprise Solution Architect to design strategic solutions for our portfolio of corporate applications. As a member of a solution architecture team, you will partner with experience owners and work with product development teams to design and implement architecture that enables quality of highly integrated applications. You will be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional scrum team, aligned with one or more product workstreams to develop and deliver digital solutions that push the limits of continuous improvement and innovation of our technology stack.
