The role serves as a technical designer and hands-on system analyst, translating business analyst inputs and architectural direction into secure, robust, scalable, and extensible technical designs. In addition to solution design, the position actively supports application stability by managing incidents, resolving production and test issues, and troubleshooting complex problems in both steady-state and unstable environments. The role collaborates closely with architecture, application services, infrastructure, and release management teams to support infrastructure first builds, SaaS/COTS integrations, and smooth deployments. Responsibilities include evaluating integrations with existing environments, maintaining in-house utilities and test platforms, and supporting developers with underlying systems and files.
