## Description

Shift & Schedule: Days 2 Shift | Thursday-Saturday and alternating Wednesday, 5:30 AM - 5:15 PM. Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed, The Electro-Mechanical Technician at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving process and packaging equipment to maximize production efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability. This role plays a key part in supporting continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture., Safety & Compliance

 * Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by consistently demonstrating safe behaviors.
 * Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.

Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

 * Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
 * Perform electrical wiring on moderately complex control circuits.
 * Diagnose and resolve equipment issues through repair, adjustment, parts replacement, or fabrication.
 * Complete equipment changeovers, particularly on fillers and packaging equipment.
 * Identify and support root cause analysis for mechanical, electrical, and controls failures.

Controls & PLC Systems

 * Troubleshoot and make minor program adjustments to Allen-Bradley PLC systems, including SLC500, MicroLogix, CompactLogix, and ControlLogix platforms.
 * Utilize Rockwell FactoryTalk Suite and related Allen-Bradley control systems., KDP uses artificial intelligence to assist with initial resume screening and candidate matching.
