What you'll do at HammerTech The IT Systems and Enablement Specialist support the day-to-day operation of the organization's IT environment, ensuring systems, devices, and applications run smoothly. This role focuses on hands-on technical support, system maintenance, and user enablement. Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and user issues in North America and UKIE regions * Administer and maintain systems such as email, user accounts, and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365) * Assist with device provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding of employees * Support, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, including imaging, patching, MDM enrolment (Intune), and lifecycle management * Administer and support core business applications and systems, managing user access, integrations, and day-to-day issues to ensure availability and effective use across the business * Monitor system performance and escalate issues where necessary * Support implementation of IT policies, security controls, and best practices * Troubleshoot network, system, and access issues * Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations * Assist with vendor coordination and basic procurement activities * Contribute to IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and rollouts * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards * Monitor and respond to security incidents, breaches, and threats * Log, manage, and resolve IT support tickets using Jira Service Management. * Other duties as required from time to time Are you a good fit?
