Skills valued on this team: * Strong service-side engineering fundamentals and ability to own features end-to-end. * Experience working in small, fast-moving Agile squads with high ownership. * Ability to balance near-term delivery with long-term maintainability. * Comfort working across backend-heavy projects while collaborating with frontend, QA, product, and platform stakeholders. * Some frontend experience, or willingness to contribute outside a narrow backend lane when needed. * Familiarity with CI/CD, test automation, and shipping safely to production. * Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment with peers across PingOne platform teams. * Interest in platform capabilities, developer experience, and customer-facing admin workflows. ## Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Agile software development team focused on evolving the PingOne Platform Administration space and supporting the development of AI-adjacent platform capabilities such as the PingOne MCP server. In this role, you will be a senior individual contributor helping design, build, test, and deploy scalable services and experiences that make it easier for prospects and customers to explore, adopt, and extend PingOne.
