## About the Role

* Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) from an accredited institution
 * Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree
 * Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

 * Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
 * Current DoD Secret clearance
 * Experience with public speaking in order to present test material directly to customers

## Description

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Command & Control Weapon Systems Division, supporting the FAAD program.

 * Maintain processes and procedures for the assembly and test of spacecraft, aircraft and/or related equipment.
 * Coordinate integration activities with supervisors, program engineers and various customer organizations.
 * Document and disposition hardware discrepancies and pursuing root cause and corrective actions.
 * Design and developing tooling to aid in the integration and test process.
 * Become expert in the operation of the FAAD System
 * Become expert in connecting the FAAD System to various sensors, weapons, and Army tactical interfaces
 * Develop and execute System Test Threads on the FAAD software application
 * Clearly explain and document (verbally and in writing) problems and improvements in the FAAD System
 * Explain and execute software test procedures for NG mission assurance and government test witnessing
 * Prepare technical presentations for management and the government customer
 * Support the integration and test of the FAAD system with other systems at various tests around the world
 * Analyze interface and functionality problems
 * Work with the software team to correct or improve capabilities
 * Verify successful integration of the FAAD System with interfacing systems
 * Travel 10-25% of the time may be required
