## About the Role

* Good communication skills verbal and written
 * Must have 3+ years of experience working in a Field Service environment preferred.
 * Must have experience installing and implementing processes
 * Ability troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely matter preferred.
 * Must have a valid driver's license to be considered for this position.
 * The ability to travel up to 75% within the Eastern and Southeastern Regions as needed., * High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of experience in one of the following: LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, Radio Frequency, Motorola equipment, Wireless Communication Systems, IT Systems, Video Systems, Telecommunications, and Public Safety experience required.
 * Must have Comp TIA Certifications for this role.
 * Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.

## Description

* Install and support Video applications at the client site; these can be Azure cloud-based, Linux-based, or Windows-based, depending on the customer's requirements.
 * Develops and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solutions
 * Evaluates system specifications for business requirements
 * Works closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs
 * Install In-Car Police Video and Body Worn Camera hardware
 * Train end users on functionality of end to end usage of the video system
