## About the Role

* 3-5 years of experience in System Administration roles
 * Strong hands-on experience with Windows servers and operating systems
 * Experience managing desktops, laptops, and end-user environments
 * Expertise with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Group Policy
 * Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint administration)
 * Experience with remote management and monitoring tools (Pulseway or similar)
 * Experience with asset tracking systems (AssetSonar or similar)
 * Virtualization experience (VMware, Hyper-V)
 * Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
 * Ability to work hands-on while contributing to SOP development and process improvement
 * Preferred experience: Zoom and Meraki, Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Python, or Ansible)

## Description

* Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure
 * Manage Windows environments including servers, desktops, Active Directory, and Azure AD
 * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively resolve risks
 * Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues
 * Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and execution
 * Automate and optimize systems and processes where possible
 * Manage monitoring, asset tracking, and deployment tools
 * Implement system updates, patches, and integrations to improve performance and security
 * Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and system standards
 * Contribute to IT projects and initiatives to improve infrastructure reliability
 * Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
 * Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
