Preferred Qualifications * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. * Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe, or other Agile certification. * Experience supporting classified cloud environments, including AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or other secure cloud platforms. * Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM). * Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cybersecurity compliance frameworks. * Experience managing programs under federal acquisition regulations and performance-based contracts. ## Description The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex information technology projects supporting mission-critical systems. This position leads cross-functional technical teams, manages project scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and serves as the primary interface between government stakeholders, contractor leadership, and technical personnel.
