Includes the coordination and communication of Change, Incidents and Audits that results in maintaining the integrity of all Scan IT managed systems. You Will * Support Change and Release Management processes, including coordinating and communicating enterprise releases across key systems, applications, and programs. * Support SCAN Incident Management by helping resolve service disruptions, minimizing business impact, and coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors. * Identify and escalate risks, and partner with program teams to mitigate and resolve issues that may affect release scope, schedule, or quality. * Contribute to maintaining the CAB change calendar for all releases. * Support critical operational activities for IT systems, including software releases, system configuration, defect management, change requests, and communications, while ensuring release processes are followed.
