Minimum Education Requirements: High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above ## Description As a core member of the Performance Measurement and Improvement team, theHealthcare Data Scientistwill collaborate with teams across the company to provide ongoing analytic supportforthe development and execution of the health plan's healthcare quality and affordability strategy. This person will utilize data to map patients' clinical journeys, identify key drivers of variations in clinical quality, and measure consumerexperiencefor the BCBSMA covered population, including Medicare, and is able to turndisparate data streamsinto actionable insights and cohesive business cases. The successful candidate will have an established track record of identifying and executingdata-drivensolutions across a myriad of projects including, but not limited to, clinical quality, member satisfaction, and operational excellence.
