This position offers hybrid flexibility approximately 20% (1 day a week) - Subject to change per the customer's discretion. Other Position Requirements: * Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position. * Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. * Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. * Must be able to travel, up to 10% including air travel to include CONUS and OCONUS locations. ## Description * Develop strategies and plans to enable agile software development. * Negotiates requirements with Government and stakeholders.
