Technical training or related experience will also be considered. * 5-7+ years' construction scheduling experience, including three years of proven leadership experience directing scheduling function * Proficient in developing and analyzing schedules in Primavera P6 * Open to change and new information, able to adapt to changing conditions or unexpected obstacles * Strong attention to detail; ability to recognize discrepancies * Basic legal principles as they relate to scheduling * Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Suite and Primavera P6 * Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel etc * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong work ethic with the ability to work individually and as a team * PSP, PMP or comparable certification is a benefit * Ability to travel and relocate is required * This role may require a facility-specific clearance that requires U.S Citizenship to obtain., * Work productively and meet deadlines timely * Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. ## Description As a Scheduling Manager, you'll play a key role in the development and maintenance of project schedules utilizing company/district standards and scheduling techniques. This hands-on role will give you the opportunity to directly impact the scheduling capabilities over a broad range of projects in various stages of development.
