Hands on experience developing Power BI reports/dashboards (including DAX and Power Query). . Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting. . This role requires an active Secret security clearance and includes supporting change management activities to drive stakeholder engagement and adoption of reporting solutions and process updates. This position is located in Arlington, VA. . Elicit, document, and validate requirements for custom Power BI reports and dashboards. . Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations aligned to business needs. . Translate business questions into measurable KPIs, metrics definitions, and report logic. . Perform data validation and reconcile results to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. . Support Independent Verification & Validation (IVV), user acceptance activities, and ongoing user defect triage/resolution for reporting products. . Collaborate with technical teams (e.g., data engineering/ETL) to clarify data availability, refresh schedules, and data quality issues. .
