Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) + Experience supporting Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Jamf, or similar device management platforms. + Knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, or other cloud-based identity and productivity solutions. + Experience with IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems. + Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection tools, and vulnerability remediation. + Experience supporting conference room technology and collaboration platforms. + Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, HDI, or similar. ## Description The Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to end users while ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and productivity applications. This role serves as a key point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting IT initiatives, and delivering a high level of customer service.
