This individual will own user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while ensuring experiences remain intuitive, scalable, and consistent. The role requires balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints, serving as a strong advocate for the user while clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions to stakeholders. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business partners, often supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously and operating comfortably in ambiguous problem spaces. Beyond execution, this person will contribute to product discovery, future-state planning, and strategic UX discussions, helping define long-term product vision and improve existing user experiences. Responsibilities also include leveraging and extending established design systems, incorporating research insights into iterative design improvements, exploring opportunities to use AI to enhance design workflows, and participating in collaborative workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews to drive alignment and successful product outcomes.
