Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or HVAC Engneering preferred. * 10+ years of directly related experience with datacenter power and/or cooling. * Experience with datacenter component testing preferred. * Demonstrated ability to coach and train others. Good writing and verbal communication skills. * Proficient in English. Speaks credibly in area of own expertise with ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical way. * Able to develop and present training materials using a variety of methods (group presentations, video, etc.). * Detailed knowledge of UL Solutions Laboratory operations and technical vocabulary common to involved skill sets. * Working knowledge of UL basic safety principles. * Working knowledge of involved test methods. * Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge in areas of expertise, including application to complex, new or unusual product testing.
